This kind of machine is specially used topurify the oil from cement, chemical and fertilizer production.Sometimes the oil to be treated has as much as 70% impurities init, such as aqueous acid, ammonia acid, carbon, dust-sand-clay,moisture content, etc. The water separated form the oil treated bythis equipment has different colors: the water color can be milkwhite if the aqueous acid in it is serious. The color can be blueif the ammonia acid in it is very much. The color can be white ifthe oil has been seriously polluted by alkalis. The waste waterfrom the treated oil has much snow-like floating matter on it. Thisequipment takes only the physical principle methods to treat theoil. It takes no chemical agent for purification. Therefore, theoil treated remains its original color.

1. The vacuum oil filter researched and developed by this Institutecan treat low and high viscosity lubricating oil in various kinds.It needs no special conditions on environment except electricityand waste oil. The waste oil can be treated everywhere andwhenever. The operation is simple and easy. The maintenance for theequipment is simple and easy, too. And the cost is very little. Theelectricity consummation is only 50% of the whole machine in summerand 60% in winter.
2. When using this equipment to deal with any polluted oil, nochemical agent is needed. It is purely mechanical and physicalpurifying methods. Thus, the oil treated remains the same natureand function.
3. Wind cooling method is adopted. Therefore, the vapor separatedfrom the polluted oil can be condensed into liquid in only 2seconds and discharged completely soon. Thus, the water source isprotected as the water cooling method consumers much fresh water(it is special suitable for treating the high-viscosity oil and thewater-in-oil that is quite abnormal.)
