Jail for largest watch smugglers in China

Two people were recently jailed in China for smuggling more than 10,000 international brand watches in the eastern Zhejiang Province, a local court said.
Zhu Jianfeng, a watch company owner in Yiwu city, was jailed 12 years for smuggling more than 17,000 brand watches, including LONGINES, RADO, TISSOT, Titoni, TUDOR, and Omega watches between Jan. 2004 to Dec. 2006, a Jinhua Intermediate People's Court ruling said.
Qin Kaisheng, was jailed six years for smuggling 797 brand watches, including Titoni and LONGINES, between Jan. 2007 to April2007, it said.
Zhu evaded taxes worth 20.53 million Yuan (2.97 million U.S. dollars) and Qin evaded more than 14.09 million Yuan (2.04 million dollars), the ruling said.
Zhu was also fined 20 million Yuan and Qin was fined 14 million Yuan.
