47,000 West Virginians suffer from Alzheimers disease.The goal of an upcoming event called The Memory Walk is to helppeople and their families touched by the disease.
Organizers held a kick off for the walk on Saturday.
This fall, the Alzheimers association will hold its 12th annuallocal memory walk. It's set for 10 a.m. Saturday, September 20th atthe Crossroads Mall.
