Nano-Repel(R) is utilized exclusively in this new vest series,N-Force(TM) from First Choice Armor. "It's in the fabric" is agreat way to describe the unique characteristics of thispatent-pending Nano-Repel(R). This fabric-coating technology,Nano-Repel(R) uses hydrocarbon chains that are created during theimpregnation process to form a fortification matrix around theballistic material microscopically. This technology incorporates aphase change mechanism that enhances its energy absorptionproperties and allows the energy of a projectile (bullet) todissipate over greater area of the ballistic (vest) panel.Independent testing reveals significantly decreased trauma and backface signature readings, exceptional resistance to environmentalconditioning, and higher V-50 results.
