UNEV Pipeline LLC isa joint venture owned 75% by Holly Energy Partners LP (Dallas)(NYSE:HEP), a subsidiary of Holly Corporation (Dallas) (NYSE:HOC),and 25% by Sinclair Transportation Company (Salt Lake City, Utah).The company plans to build another terminal in Cedar City and willconstruct an additional terminal in Overton, Nevada.
