United Steelworkers  have got an agreement with the goverment and end the strike which last for about three month. "I know that I speak for every Latrobe Specialty Steel employeewhen I say that we appreciate the return of our hourly colleagues.We have reached an agreement that enhances our competitiveposition. This agreement ensures five years of labor stability,"said Hans Sack , President and Chief Executive Officer of Latrobe Specialty Steel.
"During the twelve-week strike, the company was able to serve itscustomers without interruptions due to the tremendous effort of thesalaried workforce. They have my admiration and gratitude," CEOSack stated.
"Our focus now will be on creating a high-performance culture andto enhance our position as a leading global metals producer. AllLatrobe Specialty Steel employees will work together to furtherimprove safety, productivity, quality and customer service," Sackconcluded.
