Santur tunable DFB lasers now available

The Santur laser includes a wavelength locker for operation at 100GHz to 25 GHz ITU spacing, and is available either as a butterflyor a fully contained precalibrated module. The lasers are fullyqualified and extensively tested for telecom requirements withnearly 200,000 devices operating in the field carrying livetraffic, according to Santur.
Vibha Goel, director of marketing at Santur, stated, "Our expertisein advanced DFB manufacturing techniques and our long experiencewith tunable lasers allows us to tailor the performance of the DFBsfor various applications. We are proud to make 50mW widely tunabledevices commercially available with no compromises on performanceor power consumption."
