Middle Atlantic , king of the equipment rack system, has introduced its Duct CoolSeries long ventilation system with that in mind. The system isdesigned to pull heated air quickly, quietly and efficiently fromconfined A/V gear in spaces like cabinets, closets, millworkopenings or other enclosures.
The main components of the system are a mixed-flow fan assembly and25 feet of either 4-inch or 6-inch inner diameter insulatedflexible ducting.
Duct Cool also comes with a complete kit that includes attachmenthardware, a special high-strength mounting plate, a temperatureprobe, and an air intake assembly.
The fan assembly can be mounted vertically or horizontally, andrubber vibration dampeners serve to isolate the device further andensure quiet performance. Leave the noise to your mediaroom’s loudspeakers.
