New compact material handling system debuts

Process Control has introduced a new and innovative compact material handling system (MHS). This system offers the same functions as a conventional MHS for much lower costs by centralising some of the major functions in one unit. This unit is called ‘VacuBloc’ or multi vacuum control valve. It contains: the vacuum sequencing valve for all vacuum receivers of the MHS, a continuous run valve, a vacuum relief valve and vacuum gauge. The compact MHS is working with simplified RX-Series vacuum receivers of different sizes (stainless steel as standard version) with cyclone-type separation of the particles from the conveying air, Process Control’s LOCO sequencing control unit and a maintenance-free ring blower. Flexible tubing as well as adjustable pick-up lances are available as an option. The modular design offers solutions for a big variety of applications in the field of pneumatic transport of bulk material.
