The Blower GBL 800EProfessional is manufactured on the new lean manufacturing linebuilt onthe Bosch Production system principles, and was developedby the R&D teamin Bangalore. The unique construction design ofthe GBL 800E ensures acontinuous, constant and efficient volumetricflow rate. The multivane Impellerand the fan casing, along with thehousing & handle are made from highgrade thermo plastics. Itsunique shape and size ensures high efficiency.

Working Principle
The air blower has a unique working principle thatit is fitted withan electric motor coupled with an impeller. As the impellerrotates,the air entrapped between the impeller blades, i.e the air thatisdrawn from the atmosphere into the fan casing, is radiallyandcircumferentially accelerated.
It is then pressurized in the fan casing chamber,and subsequentlypushed along a special path through the Impeller and sidechanneltill it is discharged into the discharge port i.e nozzle (in blowmode)& dust bag (in suction mode). The air flows around the fancasing contourswhere the flow pattern is repeated. The Impellerrotates with absolutelyno contact between it and the casing.
The air blower has constructive features like an impellerdulydynamically balanced, thermo plastic body & casing, andfitted withElectric Motor.
