Last year, Stan Johnson fromWaukesha, Wis., earned first place by turning to his workbenchfor inspiration - donning a handy duct tape "Tape Measure" costume.The sticky creation, made from rolls of gray, yellow and black ducttape, outdid 49 homemade ensembles fromthe United States andCanada.

WINNER SELECTION

Winners will be selected by a panel of judges and will be judged ona number of criteria, including workmanship, originality, use ofcolors, accessories and quantity of duct tape used.
