OSH Appoints Mark Kauffman Senior Vice President-Merchandising

Prior to joining OSH, Mr. Kauffman was the Senior Vice President ofMerchandising and Retail Stores at Northern Tool and Equipment inBurnsville, Minnesota, where he led the merchandising strategiesand initiatives for the multi channel (store, web, and catalog)brand for six years. Prior to that position, Mr. Kauffman wasSenior Vice President/General Merchandise Manager at Lowe's. In histen years at Lowe's, he rapidly rose through the ranks fromMerchandiser, to Marketing Manager, to Divisional MerchandiseManager, to President of Global Sourcing (LG Sourcing), and finallyto the position of Senior Vice President/General MerchandiseManager. Mr. Kauffman was a key executive in helping the companyreposition itself, and manage through a period of rapid growth.

Mr. Kauffman began his career at Wolohan Lumber where, for sevenyears, he served in various roles in operations, merchandising, andmarketing.
