Four new members join PTDA

The Power Transmission Distributors Association(PTDA) recently welcomed four new members.

Two companies joined the association as distributor members: ApexIndustrial Automation, LLC, Downers Grove, IL, was founded in 2006.This two-branch operation distributes mechanical power transmissionproducts, bearings, motors, electrical/electronic drives,motor/motion control, linear motion, and material handlingproducts. Ceejay Engineering Ltd., El Socorro South, Trinidad, WestIndies, is a two-branch operation, founded in 1979, thatdistributes material handling products, mechanical powertransmission products, motors and electrical/electronic drives.

The association also welcomed one new manufacturer member: ATRSales Inc., Santa Ana, CA, a manufacturer of couplings founded in1980.

One company joined PTDA as an associate educational institutemember: Mid Florida Tech, Orlando, FL, offers an industrialdistribution and management program to prepare students foremployment in the industrial distribution and manufacturingindustry.

Founded in 1960, the Power Transmission Distributors Association(PTDA) is a U.S.-based trade association for the industrial powertransmission/motion control (PT/MC) distribution channel. Itrepresents 205 power transmission/motion control distributor firmswith over 3,500 locations throughout North America and 12 othercountries as well as 194 manufacturers that supply the PT/MCindustry.
