The latter machine has a modular axis design.
The work-piece oscillates under a fixed laser beam.
The axes of the tool cross table are driven by direct drive motorsand can reach up to 3G.
These features facilitate 'cool processing' and eliminates thedanger of thermal damage to the workpiece .
