Tune into Wednesday's Great Day when Chef Richard Rohrer is live inthe Great Day to cook up his famous Cioppino.

Here's the recipe for those who wish to try it at home:

Cioppino (Fisherman's Stew)
4 mussels
4 clams
1 filet of salmon
4 prawns
1 cup bay shrimp
1 cup of baby clams (no shell)
1 cup calamari tubes and tentacles
2 tbls basil
2 tbls green onions chopped
1 tbls Italian parsley
1 tbls garlic
1 tbls butter
1 tbls olive oil
3 cups clam juice
3 cups marinara sauce
Heat the oil over medium heat in a heavy sauce pan and sweat all ofthe veggies and butter. Add all of the fish and sauté. Add saltand pepper. Put in the clam juice and the marinara sauce and cookuntil the fish is done and the sauce has the consistency you like. Longer for thicker.
