1/3 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup unsalted butter, chilled
1 package frozen puff pastry dough, thawed but chilled

2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 egg beaten with 1 tsp. water
