Tear the bread into bite-sized pieces and separate the onion intorings. Add to the tomato mixture and toss with the dressing and basil.

Place on individual plates or a platter. Slice the chicken and arrange it on the salad. To make the dressing, combine the mustard, lemon juice untils mooth. Slowly beat in the olive oil. Stir in the chives and seasonto taste.

Preheat your grill to medium high. Lightly oil the potatoes and as paragus and season to taste. Place the asparagus and potatoes cutside down on the grill. Cook, turning once until the vegetables arewell marked. Remove from the grill as each is done.

Heat the grill to high. Lightly oil the steak and season to taste.

Place on the grill and cook, turning once, until medium rare (or topreferred doneness), about 3-5 minutes on each side. Remove thesteak from the grill.

Cut the asparagus into thick diagonal pieces. Combine with thepotatoes and dressing and place on individual plates or a platter.Thinly slice the steak across the grain and place on the plateswith the salad. Sprinkle with the blue cheese and serveimmediately.

Make the dressing by combining the vinegar, garlic and slowlybeating in the olive oil. Stir in the parsley.

Preheat the grill to medium high. Lightly oil the asparagus,potatoes, peppers, tomatoes and tuna. Season all with salt andpepper.
