Huifeng Bio-PharmaceuticalTechnology, Inc announced that it hassigned a major supply agreement with DNP International Co., Inc. of Santa Fe Springs, CA. Under the terms of the agreement Huifeng is to deliver 62 metrictons of Glucuronolactone, a naturally occurring chemical compoundwhich has become a popular additive to energy drinks, over the nextsix months to DNP. The total dollar amount of the contract is inexcess of USD $1.1 Million .
Huifeng anticipates signing additional bi-annual contracts with DNPupon successful completion of the first agreement.
