TeleCommunication Systems, Inc. (TCS) (NASDAQ: TSYS), a leadingprovider of mission-critical wireless communications, todayannounced that it has received an $8.3 million contract to providea major Department of Defense (DoD) Command with communicationsprofessional services. The delivery of these professional serviceswill be over the four quarters ending in July 2009.
TCS will provide Information Technology support/Command, Control,Communications and Computer Information Management (C4IM), VisualInformation and Video Teleconferencing Professional Services, via55 personnel including Desktop Support Engineers, SystemsEngineers, VTC Facilitators, Computer Intelligence Specialists andGraphic Artists.
