today announced that TeleCents has a new agreement with El-Wasel
Telecommunication Services, a leading provider of wholesale andretail
services under the brand name NETelecoms for phone carriers in theMiddle
East, Singapore, the United Kingdom and the United States.

TeleCents will provide its premium and least cost routing productsand
services to NETelecoms. El-Wasel/NETelecoms, with headquarters inAmman,
Jordan, will use TeleCents' converged network, which consists oftime
division multiplexing (TDM) and Voice-Over-Internet Provider (VoIP)
platforms to rate, route and complete its network phone calls.
