Take your children. Teach them how to put a worm on a hook. Getready to marvel at the look on their faces when they pull in thatfirst fish.
Take your non-fishing spouse. Show them what they are missing. Packa nice lunch. Fish a little. Take a stroll around the lake orthrough the woods.

Take it from one of your neighbors, odds are you'll be on thecomputer by Monday morning, trying to find out how to get a Jerseylicense so you can pick up where you left off.
This is the time to do it. This is the weekend of no excuses.
If you do take advantage of this wonderful opportunity, there are afew things to keep in mind.
Even though you don't need a license or trout stamp, all otherregulations, including size and daily catch limits, remain ineffect.
Also anglers should note that largemouth and smallmouth bass arenot in season, so any bass caught this weekend must be released.
