ATCi Unveils Flyaway Antenna Package for Southeast Asia Applications

Antenna Technology Communications (ATCi), a provider ofground-based commercial satellite communications systems andservices, announced the introduction of its specialized 2-channelflyaway broadcast system geared toward the specific applications inSoutheast Asia.
The lease business model is tailored for teleports and othercommercial users in the Southeast Asian region to purchase theirown system and then lease the equipment to allow other entities whomay not have the cash flow to purchase a system outright. Thisbusiness model creates recurring revenue for the system owner,while allowing commercial users the ability to transmit contentsuch as events, news, disaster, sporting events and distancelearning from their own facility, according to the company.
ATCi said its Flyaway System includes: Antenna, Amplifier, Encoder,Modulator as well as an ATCi Spectrum Analyzer, design, integrationand implementation. The flyaway systems are in stock and pre-testedfor maximum reliability. The offered system's quick delivery mixedwith ATCi's installation team expertise, allows for quick setup andfast time to air.
"Broadcasters, Production facilities, Universities, Military,Government and corporations in virtually every industry and countryhave voiced the need to transmit their own content," said ATCi'sCEO, Gary Hatch. "This aggressive lease/rent business model allowscompanies who may not have the cash flow to purchase their ownsystem to lease one enabling them to control and transmit their owncontent, it's truly a win-win situation for both parties," Hatchconcluded.
