According to the company, Case’s three new CX B seriesmachines deliver improved fuel efficiency and productivity, inaddition to improved operator comfort and ease of maintenance. Allthree make use of the company’s electronically controlledcommon rail Tier III certified 7.8 litre engine that delivers from202 kW (271 hp) to 345 kW (463 hp).

The CX350B weighs in at 35.8 tonnes and has a maximum dig depth of7.3 m (24 ft), the CX470B weighs 47 tonnes with a dig depth of 7.7m (25.3 ft) and the CX700B weighs 69.5 tonnes with a dig depth of8.4 m (27.6 ft).

Also new is the 570M XT Series 3 loader/tool carrier that has beenre-engined with a new Tier III case turbocharged diesel thatprovides 8 % greater power than the previous series at 59 kW (79hp). This new machine features a single lever loader control thathas been ergonomically designed for ease of use as well as a easilyaccessible push button differential lock and transmission declutch.It also features automatic bucket self-levelling to minimisespillage during loader raise and Ride Control, available as anoption that cushions the loader arms to prevent spillage when fullloads are carried over rough terrain. Case has also re-engined three of its E Series wheel loaders (the21E, 121E and 321E) to provide 40.3 to 61.1 kW (54 to 82 hp) powerlevels. In addition, the new engines feature a new cooling packagethat provides improved service access as well as greater air flowacross the coolers to increase cooling efficiency, reduce fluidbreakdown and extend component life.
