3 Ibs 80/20 Irradiated Fresh Ground Beef
6 tsp Wegmans Barbecue Seasoning, divided
6 slices Adams Reserve NY Sharp Cheddar (Cheese Shop)
6 Super-Soft Vienna Rolls
3 tsp Wegmans Butter, softened, divided
12 tsp Wegmans Thousand Island Dressing, divided
1 large tomato, sliced in 6 thick slices
6 leaves lettuce

Preheat grill on HIGH 10 min.

1. Divide ground beef into six 1/2 Ib sections; form into burgers.
2. Sprinkle 1/2 tsp barbecue seasoning on both sides of burgers.
3. Clean grill with wire brush. Using soft cloth, coat grill grate lightly with vegetable oil. Place burgers on grill. Reduce heat to MEDIUM.
4. Sear 2 min, until burgers have changed color about one-quarter of way up from bottom. Turn over; sear 2-3 min. Turn again; reduce heat to
MEDIUM or LOW. Close lid.
5. Cook burgers to desired doneness.*
6. Top each burger with 1 slice cheese. Heat just to melt. Transfer to clean platter; set aside.
7. Spread rolls lightly with butter; grill 15-20 seconds until lightly toasted. Remove from grill. Spread each half of roll with 1 tsp dressing.
Layer tomato, burger, and lettuce on bottom roll; top with top of roll, secure with food pick if desired.
