CEI announces the training and technical program for CEIViz ‘ 08 , the second international conference for high-performancevisualization. CEIViz ‘ 08 will be held at the Radisson Lord Plaza in Baltimore, MD,September 23-25, 2008.
The second biennial conference will offer training and tutorials onCEI ’ s EnSight visualization software, technical papers on leading-edgeapplications, and forums for formal and casual networking. Therewill also be a large exhibition area featuring the newesttechnology from major vendors who serve the computer-aidedengineering (CAE) markets of computational fluid dynamics (CFD) andfinite element analysis (FEA).
CEI ’ s vice president of sales and marketing, Darin McKinnis, had thisto say about CEIViz ’ 08, “ For this year ’ s conference we have a superb slate of speakers from severalprestigious U.S. government research laboratories, major U.S.corporations, prominent academic institutions, and nimbletechnology firms. The first two days of the event will be dedicated to technicalpapers from leading experts in the field, the third day of theconference will showcase training and tutorials including a user track, a development track and a partner track . CEIViz ‘ 08 is open to eligible professionals currently working invisualization or considering it. Exhibitors at the event includeHewlett Packard, Pointwise, SGI and Altair.
