[2008-3-28]
Research and Markets (http://www.researchandmarkets.com/reports/c86864) has announced the addition of IE Market Research's new report: 1Q08 Mobile Forecast: Israel, 2007 - 2010 to their offering.
IEMR’s Mobile Forecast on Israel provides over 65 operational and financial metrics for the Israel wireless market. We cover quarterly historical data starting in 3Q2003 and ending in 3Q2007. We also provide four-year forecasts at the operator level going out to 2010. Operators covered for Israel include: Cellcom, Pelephone, Partner, and MIRS. Our Mobile Forecasts are updated quarterly and are available for one-time delivery or through regular updates.
Notable highlights of the 1Q08 Israel Mobile Forecast include:
- We are now forecasting the overall subscriber base in Israel will increase from our projected 8.9 million in 2007 to 9.7 million in 2010.
- In 2010, the average industry-wide ARPU in Israel will be US$ 36.28 per month (previously forecasted at US$ 28.20 per month). We expect Partner to generate the highest ARPU of US$40.40 per month, which will be the highest ARPU in our Middle East operator coverage list.
- Market shares (by subscribers) of major operators will remain roughly the same over the next several years in Israel. Cellcom, Pelephone, Partner, and MIRS will continue to have approximately 34.4%, 32.1%, 31.9% and 4.1% of total subscribers over the forecast period of 2007 - 2010.
- Given the level of competition, EBITDA margins in Israel are fairly low and tightly clustered. The three largest operators will each enjoy above 30% of EBITDA margins, but Cellcom will continue to see higher profitability levels at EBITDA margins of 35.4% in 2010.
