Colibrys and the Avnet Electronics Marketing Americas businessregion of Avnet, Inc. (NYSE: AVT) today announced Avnet willdistribute Colibrys' full line of motion sensors in North America.

This agreement teams Avnet Electronics Marketing Americas, arecognized industry expert in distribution, with Colibrys to expandColibrys' visibility and coverage in the Americas. North Americarepresents a large market for harsh environment (energy, militaryand aerospace) and safety-critical (industrial and instrumentation)motion sensors, and Colibrys has been looking for the rightdistribution partner to complete its regional presence. Colibrys'standard MS7000, MS8000 and recently announced MS9000 and VS9000products will be available immediately through Avnet ElectronicsMarketing.
