(Nasdaq:BNSO), a designer andmanufacturer of sensor based and communications products, todayannounced the appointment of the managing director of KoronaHaushaltswaren Verwaltungs GmbH (Korona hereafter), its Germansubsidiary.
In order to strengthen the operations in the German subsidiary, thecompany reported that Mr. George D. O'Leary has been appointed asManaging Director of Korona and Korona's Polish subsidiary, KoronaPolen, on June 20, 2008, to replace Mr. Klaus W. Reitz. This changewill enable Korona to recover from a loss situation. Mr. O'Learywas the past President and CEO of the company, and his experiencewill be a tremendous asset for the company's business growth inEurope.
