Logging company loses $10,000 in welding equipment

On Monday July 14 at approximately 7:20 a.m. the East Algoma Thessalon OPP were contacted regarding a theft to a service truck parked on East Line Road north of Thessalon.
The theft occurred sometime between Thursday July 10 at approximately 5:30 p.m. and Monday July 14 at approximately 7 a.m.
The service truck is used to service the company's logging equipment.
A welder/generator, welding helmet and cables, a grinder, acetylene torches, bottles, hoses and gauges, and various tools in a blue toolbox were stolen from the service truck.
The stolen items are estimated at $10,000.
