Featuringone transmitter and one receiver, the OLC FX is high-definitioncontent protection (HDCP) compliant and supports Display DataChannel (DDC) communication. The OLC FX makes it possible to extenddigital DVI signals up to 1,640 feet from a video source to a DVIcompatible display.
Standard DVI signals transmitted over copper wire maintain signalintegrity for as little as 15 feet. Longer distances requireadditional technology. RTcom USA provides solutions for extendingdigital DVI signals from 3 feet to 1,640 feet.
The Digital Extender™ OLC FX Converter features RTcom USA'scutting-edge optical conversion technology which enablesnoise-free, high-resolution extension. The OLC FX's connectors aredetachable from the fiber optic cables, making it an ideal solutionfor feeding cable through small openings.
