iSECUREtrac Corp. (OTCBB: ISEC), an industry leader in electronicmonitoring, announced today that it would partner with SatelliteTracking of People, LLC (STOP), the pioneer in single piece GPStracking systems, to provide a one-piece GPS option for itscustomers and prospects.
Steve Logan, CEO of STOP, stated, "As a pioneer of the one-pieceGPS offender tracking technologies, STOP has made substantialinvestments in not only being the first to develop and commerciallydeploy one-piece devices, but also in securing the intellectualproperty rights for one-piece devices and supporting softwaresystems in this commercial space. This agreement will increase theservice range of STOP's BluTag® technology andVeriTracks® system to more quickly penetrate a larger andexpanding market."
Under the terms of the agreement, iSECUREtrac can provide its UScustomers and prospects access to STOP's BluTag® trackingdevice and VeriTracks® software. The BluTag is a one-piece GPSmonitoring system that combines a GPS receiver, processor and acellular communications device into a single unit worn on theankle. VeriTracks is STOP's patented, web-based reportingmanagement software.
