PANAMA CITY — Local investigators say they have arrested aman who allegedly used a gun to force a woman to perform oral sexon him.
Zachery M. Allred, 24, of Panama City Beach, offered to give thevictim a ride, but once she was in his vehicle, he pointed ahandgun at her and told her to perform oral sex, according topolice. While in the vehicle, the alleged victim located a piece ofevidence with the suspect's name on it and provided it to thePanama City Police Department, investigators reported.
Investigators with the city and the Beach police located Allred athis home. He later admitted to the crime, investigators said in aFriday news release.
