Electrical goods stolen from car

THIEVES made off with an expensive haul of electrical goods worth thousands of pounds after breaking into a car.
The Renault Megane was parked in Harris Street, Peterborough, when it was targeted.

After a front window was smashed, a laptop was stolen from under the passenger seat, a digital camera and mobile phone were taken from the glove box and cash from the ashtray was also swiped.

The incident took place on Thursday, April 4 between 1am and 9am.
