Microwave Device Technology Announces PIN Diode Switch Drivers

Westford, MA -- Microwave Device Technology (MDT) Corp. introducesthe MSD7800 series of PIN diode microwave switch drivers with switching speeds of less than 10 ns. The MSD7801 is singlePIN driver designed for SPST switches and the MSD7802 is designedas a complementary driver for SP2T switches. Other driverconfigurations are available upon request.
The company's MSD7800 drivers are assembled on FR4 circuit boardsusing conformal coated components and meet RoHS lead-freestandards. Packaged drivers are also available upon request.
MDT switch drivers are compatible with standard logic families andcontain internal spiking and decoupling capacitors. The switchdrivers are designed for use in military and other hi-relapplications, with full MIL-883 screening available.
