MOTOROKR U9 Music Mobile Phone Announced in India

Motorola has launched its latest music phone, called MOTOROKR U9, in the Indian market. At the event, Motorola’s Brand Ambassador and international rocker & musician Wyclef Jean presented the first ROKR U9 handset to the beautiful Parvathy Omanakuttan, Miss India World 2008.

What makes the phone unique are the outstanding features such as Stereo Bluetooth, CrystalTalk Technology, external touch sensitive music controls and am exclusive external screen that displays floating and animated screensavers.

As seen in other music phones, this phone offers one-touch access to music library and has the capability to pause the music when the user receives a call. The ROKR U9 supports Microsoft Windows Media Player 11 and many audio files that include Windows WMAv10 plus Janus DRM, MP3, AAC, AAC+, AAC+ enhanced.

The basic features of the newest Motorola mobile phone are 2-inches QVGA 262K TFT internal screen, 25MB of on-board user memory, compliant with up to 4GB of microSD memory card, digital keys to control music player from outside, 2.0 megapixel camera with 8x zoom, multi-shot feature, video capture and playback, as well as USB 2.0 for speedy transfers and data access.
