ACROSSER announces the release of a new fanless embedded Computer, the AR-ES5230FL series,which is designed for applications where reliability, silent, dust proof and space are critical. The high technology heat pipe thermal module and its seamless aluminum chassis with anti shock and vibration design keep the system from damage when it is mounted on a moving vehicle. The AR-ES5230FL complies to IEC-68-2-6 and IEC-66-2-27 standard.

The core of the AR-ES5230 is a 915GME chipset single board computer which supports Pentium M and Celeron M processors in the EPIC form factor. The AR-ES5230 provides versatile I/Os on the front panel including VGA, DVI and LVDS, two Fast Ethernet, two USB 2.0, four COM ports, and one PS/2 connector for Keyboard/Mouse. Besides the standard DC 12V power input, the AR-ES5230FL also provides an optional wide range 9V DC to 32V DC input power converter to fulfil the power requirement on vehicle applications.

The thermal module is capable of dissipation the heat from the inside to the external air when the system is running with a continuously full loaded Pentium 2.0 GHz processor under 50 ˚C operating temperature. Like this the AR-ES5230FL does not have to use the expensive ultra-low-power processors to achieve the same level of performance. The AR-ES5230FL currently provides a selection of four long life Intel processors which are Pentium M 2.0GHz, 1.8GHz, 1.6GHz, and Celeron M 1.5GHz.
