Lightscape Technologies Expands Its Work With HK

Lightscape Technologies Inc. (OTCBB: LTSC), an operator of outdoorLED billboards and provider of LED solutions, today announced thecommencement of several new projects at K-11 Hanoi Road, a high-endredevelopment project located on Hong Kong's Victoria Harbour ownedby New World Development Company Limited (HKG: 0017).
The K-11 Hanoi Road Project is one of the largest real estatedevelopment projects in Hong Kong and includes a hotel with over380 rooms, 36 stories of luxury residential condominiums, 265,000square feet of retail shopping space and 13,000 square feet ofpublic space.
The scope of new work awarded to Lightscape includes providinglighting design and consultancy services for the project anddesigning and installing an LED lighting and control system for theentire façade of the tower, which will be of one of Kowloon'stallest buildings. The digital control system, which will useLightscape's proprietary software, is critical for the creation andplayback of dynamic lighting effects that will accentuate thearchitectural elements of the building within Hong Kong's growingskyline. Lightscape will also design, supply and install alarge-scale curved LED video wall for the indoor area of thefacility which has a pixel pitch of 31.25mm and which measures 118feet x 18 feet (or 36 meters x 5.5 meters).

Lightscape began work at K-11 Hanoi Road during the second half of2007 and projects to date have included the design and installationof LED video walls within the K-11 main showroom and at thepedestrian overpass within the property's shopping mall. All thework for this phase of the redevelopment project is expected to becompleted by the end of 2008.
