The new TrueNet Category 5e UTP patch cord is designed to protect the cable and improve the integrity of the connection.

All ADC Krone patch cords, including the new UTP solution, are 100% factory tested and their components are independently verified as being 100% compliant with the appropriate "category" standards by external third-party test houses.

The previous range TrueNet Category 5e overmoulded and nonovermoulded patch cords are being replaced with the new solution across the EMEA region.

ADC Krone has studied the effects of moves, adds and changes (MACs) in the field and believes that overmoulded patch cords best withstand network rigours while providing long-term standards compliance.
