A division of General Dynamics Corp. was recently awarded a $15.7 million contract from the Army toproduce a device that can detect a chemical agent in real-time, thePentagon said late Monday.
Shares of Falls Church, Va.-based General Dynamics (nyse: GD - news - people ) added $1.37 to $83.16 in afternoon trading Tuesday.
