SPAIN - Abraxa leads creation of cleaning holding

Abraxa has acquired a 49.9% stake in Casologroup, a newly formednon-durable household products holding, in a deal valued atapproximately EUR 10m.
Casologroup was formed as a result of the merger between cleaningproduct distributor Casolo and chemical products distributorsQuiser, Luis Pastor Soriano and Comercial Barros, all of which willhold a stake in the new entity alongside management. Norgestionacted as adviser to the transaction.
The group has also undertaken its first bolt-on acquisition,Evemal, another distributor in the sector. It is understood that afirst EUR 6m tranche will be disbursed in 2008.
