DALLAS , June 3 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- U.S. Trust, as Trustee of theSabineRoyalty Trust (NYSE: SBR), today declared a cash distribution totheholders of its units of beneficial interest of $0.48540 per unit, payable on June 30, 2008 , to unit holders of record on June 16, 2008 .




Due to the timing of the end of the month of May, approximately $123,000 of revenue received will be posted in the following month of Junein additionto normal receipts during June. Revenues are only postedand distributed whenthey are received. Most energy companiesnormally issue payment of royaltieson or about the 25th of everymonth, and depending on mail delivery, a varyingamount of royaltiesare not received until after the revenue posting on thelastbusiness day of the month. The revenues received after that datewill beposted within 30 days of receipt. Since the close ofbusiness in May andprior to this press release, approximately $1,710,000 in revenue has beenreceived.
