Standard safety features such as the specially designed lightguards and ozone removal system protect workers from UV and visibleband light while venting ozone and hot air out of the working area,and the vacuum holddown system positions and protects the substrateas it undergoes rapid curing. The unit is reportedly quiet undernormal operation.
The Accu-Cure UV is available in several configurations, includinga complete UV curing system with curing head, conveyor, vacuumholddown and exhaust system; curing head with light guard assembly;and a vacuum holddown retro-fit package. Curing widths from 12 to100" are available, with conveyor lengths from 5' and up. All unitscan be single or double lamped, with 400 W or Gallium lamp upgradesas an option. Other options include quartz polished glass forgreater heat reduction, a recessed parts conveyor, and additionalconveyor sections by the foot.
