ThreeBond TB1215 is OEM specified by the majority of global motorvehicle producers - it is solvent free, low odour and non-acidicliquid gasket base on RTV-Silicone. Within a very short time itforms a rubber-like highly elastic gasket completely adapted to thesurface structure of the flange facing. ThreeBond TB1215 has beendesigned specifically for efficient application as a sealant in theautomotive sector for extremely high chemical resistance, forexample in gearboxes, oil pans, water pumps and front covers. Itexhibits very good chemical resistance against oils, outstandingmechanical resistance against shearing forces and excellentadhesion even to slightly polluted surfaces. It also offers zeroshrinkage and instantaneous impermeability for pressure and firetests.
