Sumitomo Seika to Produce Ammonia Gas in South Korea

Osaka, June 16 (Jiji Press)--Sumitomo Seika Chemicals Co. saidMonday it will establish a wholly owned subsidiary in South Koreato produce high-purity ammonia gas used to make liquid crystaldisplay panels.
Sumisei Chemical Co., to be based in the northern city of Paju, isscheduled to start production by the end of March 2009 with annualcapacity of 1,500 tons.
