Proposed law aims to ban the sale of aging tires

GUAM - Bill 331 is hoping to keep Guam's roadways safe. Mostresidents may be surprised to know that tires, whether used orbrand new, that are more than 6 years old, can pose a serioussafety hazard.
Prompted by this information, released from national studies,legislation has been introduced locally that would prohibit thesale of tires that are more than 6 years old. It would furtherrequire that all stores and shops that sell tires post a warningsign about the dangers aged tires pose to drivers
