Cardinal Health director stepping down

 One of Cardinal Health Inc.'s directors is leaving the board.

John F. Havens, 79, has been on the Dublin-based company's board since 1979 and will retire Nov. 8 at the annual shareholders meeting.

Havens is a retired chairman of the former Bank One Corp., now part of JPMorgan Chase & Co. (NYSE:JPM).

Cardinal (NYSE:CAH) is a drug-distribution and health-care services provider and reported $81.4 billion in revenue last year.
