VIA Pharmaceuticals Complies With Nasdaq Rule

 (RTTNews) - Biotechnology firm VIA Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (VIAP | news | PowerRating | PR Charts ) announced Friday, in compliance with Nasdaq marketplace rule, that the independent audit report included in the company's 2007 annual 10-K report and filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 28 contained an explanatory paragraph relating to the company's ability to continue as a going concern.
