Smartflow Flowmeter w/ Nylon End Caps
30% Savings Over Brass End-Cap Design Burger & Brown Engineering 's Smartflow flowmeter with nylon end caps is a new version of theproven small flowmeter from the Smartflow line. Temperature gauge,pressure gauge and quick-disconnect fittings can be added to themodular design. The flowmeter is available in connection sizes of1/4, 3/8 or 1/2 NPT and 1/4 and 3/8 BSPP. Flow ranges areavailable in 0-1.5, 0-2.5, and 0-8 gallons per minute and 10 or 30liters per minute. Flowrate accuracy is +/- 10 percent. Nylonend-cap design has molded-in stabilizer ring to prevent threaddistortion. The viewing window is molded from polysulfone. Internalparts are stainless steel with nylon sensing vane. Wetted o-ringsare EPDM material. The assembly is rated for maximum pressure of 75PSI and maximum temperature of 210 F. A good fit for injectionmolding cooling water loops and similar applications. No specialmounting hardware is required. Provides 30% cost savings over brassend-cap design.
