Linx adds a splash of colour to LCM

According to Linx the inks can be used on a wide variety of poroussubstrates such as paper, card, wood and ceramics. Linx inks forLCM are oil-based and dry rapidly, as well as boasting low odour,low volatility and good resistance to most organic solvents.Micropigments in the ink also ensure that the codes do not bleed orrub off porous substrates.

Linx will be exhibiting the new inks along with the IJ600 at thePPMA Show in Birmingham, UK, in September. The Linx Scribing Laserrange, featuring improvements such as varied beam delivery optionsand product to lens distances, and the Linx 6900 Continuous Ink Jetrange, capable of reducing solvent usage by up to 40% by adaptingto printing conditions, will also be exhibited.
