Linx Printing Technologies’ expertise in pigmented inks forits range of Continuous Ink Jet (CIJ) printers has been underlinedby the launch of Linx Blue pigmented ink 1033, offering excellentcontrast and durability even in harsh environments.
The ink has been especially designed to deliver high quality andconvenience in printing. Its fast drying time of approximately onesecond and good rub resistance are particularly useful forhigh-speed production lines.
Linx pigmented inks are designed to give good contrast on a rangeof different coloured materials. Linx Blue pigmented ink 1033 isparticularly suited to printing onto rubber and plastic, includingPE and PVC substrates, making it ideal for cabling and pipeextrusions, industrial and automotive components and food andbeverage packaging. In addition, this Linx ink provides exceptional long-termperformance, an essential requirement for traceability and brandingpurposes. Linx Blue pigmented ink 1033 offers excellent contrastto barcode readable standards, a high level of light fastness andresistance to solvents, and retains legibility even after thesubstrate is subjected to prolonged heat damage. This makes itsuitable for a range of specialist applications outdoors and inother harsh environments – for example, undersea cablingsystems for the oil industry, or PE and PVC water pipes.
